Has anyone had any business with Smoking Stick? Has anyone even heard of Smoking Stick? I think I have been "taken"! I clicked on the free trial without checking it out ... I know I was stupid, and I do know better. I clicked and immediately regretted it. They are located in Miami, Florida. It is an e-cigarette company supposedly to help "kick the habit" of cigarettes.

I was taken in by them also. I filed fraud charges through my bank and also filed a charge with the Fl BBB.

no it is not a scam guys...they are probably the largest and most reputable in the ecig industry. I found out they provide for health care facilities as i did research. Probably the only honest ones selling this stuff. if you have any issues just call or write them and they will contact you fast. I too thought this at first because there are a few shady ecig companies that burned me but their customer service is really what kept me using them for almost a year. just a heads up and my 2 cents

My friend told me about the Smoking Stick and said he loved the product and that I should try it. I reluctantly ordered the product as I am not a big believer in the free trials. None the less I placed the order and received the product in a timely fashion, I believe around 4 days later. I have been using the product for almost a month and have had no problems and think it is absolutely fantastic. I have tried other e cigs which were not as nice. The really cool thing about the smoking stick is that it has a self charger built into the box so you don't have to worry about carrying a charger or charging the product. This is definitely the best e cig I have come across. Very cool and very user friendly. When I purchased the trial, I saw the terms and they were going to charge me $99 at the end of the trial. This was actually a good price as at the mall, the shady guys in the kiosk wanted $175 for a crappy product. Anyways, I wanted to let people know that I have cut down on my smoking and the product is great. I contacted Customer Service and they were friendly and as a result of me telling a few friends to buy the product they sent me free cartridges as a gratitude and offered me a discount on an additional unit I wanted to purchase it outright. I love the product and recommend it to anyone.

btw...i am down to only smoking 1-2 cigs a day using this and would recommend to any smoker. i been a smoker for 30 years almost and tried chantix, gum, patches, hynosis..nothing. i think this helps because conquers the oral fixation. just my 2 or 3 cents i would look at if your a smoker

I ordered on line March 30, and still waiting, after 1 wk called cust. support, was told they were out of product, said would be $89 bucks if not returned in 14 days once received. Told them to cancel order, not a problem; but after checking for returned funds in my account and found no refund, I contacted them again. Long story short, they never canceled my order and now going on April 14 I have not received product, I demanded a return of funds again and now their telling me when I receive product I can send back and receive my refund. Said they would refresh 14 day trial period to the 30 of April, going to contact Florida State Attorney and report them for internet fraud, any one Know address of the company?

I got totally ripped off by this offer... I tried to call and get my money back and they don't even answer the phone... What if I actually wanted to buy more cartridges from them? lol... I guess they just care about getting a credit card and charging it over and over again making it hard for you to cancel... Anyway, I called my bank and had them put a stop on the merchant that keeps charging my card... SMOKING STICK IS A COMPLETE SCAM! The cartridges even kept leaking nicotine in my mouth.. Isn't Nicotine a deadly toxin?? This shit should be illegal!

I received the product also. But I order medium cartridges, and they shipped high cartridges. I was sent 10 cartridges, and the trail was a promotion with 20 cartridges. So I have been in touch with customer service trying to get my other 10 cartridges. I have been emailing them and phone calls for days. They can not find my order from the Internet.....This is crazy. I like the product, but the company is not to bright with it's inventory and marketing skills.
customer service is nice, but not effective. I am still waiting for my last email to be responded to...It's been 3 days.
What happens when I want to order more cartridges for my ecig?

Anyone feel any negative effects using this product? I seem tired all of the time.
still cough when inhaling. But I did order the medium strength and they sent me the high I hope my cough gets better and the product doesn't increase my addiction to nicotine.

Hi everyone!!!
I wrote to Tony as he said in his message. And he was very professional in every way.
He really was concerned and interested in what I had to say. And he did make my purchase correct! He sent me my 20 cartridges and even accepted my request to change from my original order of Medium strength to a Low strength. I received my cartridges last week and I used the smoking stick all weekend. I am happy with my purchase and it does work to stop the nicotine cravings. I now am going to purchase one for my brother who is trying so hard to stop smoking cigarettes, and I want to purchase one for my girlfriend, she enjoys smoking,but doesn't smoke as much as me and my brother. I say if you are having order or purchase problems to email Tony as he requested. thanks, I will still check in now and then to check your postings!

Please don't confuse SmokingStick with SmokeStik. SmokeStik is the reputable company in the Industry that is over 2 years old, and supplies health care facilities, not SmokingStick. SmokeStik has been featured on The Today Show, and Fox News among others, and boasts over 200 celebrities using their product. SmokeStik also actively participates in Clinical Trials. Buyer beware of a new startup company masquerading as the original.

Tony- I ordered the SmokingStick on May2nd and as of today, the USPS has ye tto even receive the oackage with the tracking number your service line gave me. Unless you can give me proof that my order has shipped, i will be taking reprocussionary measures tomorrow afternoon. This whole experience has been toal B/S.

Don't buy Smoking Stick. I ordered it and got it, but after calling them and getting the return # sent it back immediately without opening it on April 3nd (got a tracking #). I included the # they gave me and they received it on April 5th. They STILL charged my bank account on April 24th almost $90. I have called 7-8 times and get the same answer "it takes time". However, they should have never charged my account in the first place since they had their product back which I followed their instruction to the "T". They keep telling me "I put an escalation on it". Or, last Tuesday was told "it's processed". Now it is May 14th ... they received the pkg. back the beginning of April … a month and a half ago! How crazy is that! I guess I will have to take drastic steps ... I don't have much money to "throw away", AND they are getting interest on it. I posted this question on here March 27th and have not received any satisfaction! Stay away from this company.

I wish I had read this BEFORE ordering!
Alright here's "my story" I was diagnosed with emphysema and told by my doctor I had to quit smoking. I am 46 and been smoking since age 19, ya' think I'm hooked on nicotine? You betcha I am! My doctor told me I could take pills to help me, patch, all kinds of ways to quit and as a last resort told me AND gave me a prescription for the electronic smoking stick.
Well that is where I also did not look into this company and wish I had.
I signed up for the free trial just pay shipping, fair enough except mine did not show up for about 3 weeks, ( I had been calling each week, where are they?) then they were Marlboro, NOT menthol, so I called again and yet again the customer service are nice but COMPLETELY INEFECTIVE, they finally sent out 2 boxes to replace the 5 sent in my trial took over 2 more weeks, then when I do finally get them, I called just as I promised I would when they finally get here, try them realize holy moley this IS just what I needed.
When I tried to find out when my trial starts I was told it would be better to pay for the stick and get a 30 day money back trial, this would automatically send me a carton monthly and would not have to worry about them not getting here on time. I had a chance to try them and decide I will get one for my sister also and had it shipped to her. She called me prior to using hers and asked me how my supply was going and what was the cost.,
GUESS WHAT GUYS?????? They still sent me the wrong ones, they charged me for the shipping on the trial for the first charge, then charged me for stick, then charged me for the continuance program, GUESS WHAT?? I still do not have the replacements for the trial, I do not have the replacements for the continuance program...............They keep sending me the wrong ones Marlboro not full strength menthol.
well yesterday I ran out and was pissed off, this is long enough and called in the get an RMA to return it, yes that would be the 30 day they promised. MR. JENKINS ( Shawn) lied to me and said just send it back with the order # on it.
I called back today to verify an order # or RMA for my sisters and find out I now cannot get it because had I been given the RMA # for mine yesterday I would have been within my 30 and that today I am too late.
BEWARE EVERYONE, they will tell you anything they think that will appease you and then just keep charging your credit card, this company is now going to be contacted by my lawyer when I finish this post.
I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO angry, this is the most unfair practice on people who really need help and this ( read above ) is what you get.

they are a scam they do nothing but take peoples money. You should go with eluma electronic cigarette or some other company. Check out this review and look at the comments at the bottom of the page. I only use this site because all the other electronic cigarette review sites i have found are loaded with a bunch of crap fluff so that you will buy the product and they can get their commision. This is the only electronic review site i have found that has 100% honest electronic cigarette reviews. The product is good but can't same the same thing about their customer service.
I ordered one for my fiancé since he is trying to quit. We ordered the free trial and we were supposed to get it in 4-5 business days but it took much longer. When we called they said they had a problem with the mail service. When we finally received it he liked the product, we had declined the automatic refill plan at first since he was not sure if the product will work or not, but then called to sign up for the automatic refill and order another cigarette for his sister since she is also trying to quit. Got a call from a customer service rep in early June to see if we are happy with the product and I had told him that the second cigarette was not working properly, when I explained the problem he told me that it was probably a defective piece and he will mail me the replacement. To this day we never received the replacement. When I called today to verify where the part was and why we had not received the refill cartridges,they could not track the part and also told me that they cancelled the automatic refill program so we never received the June cartridges. Very inconvenient and unprofessional!!!!

Here is an honest review on day 3 from a real person
I ordered the smoking stick on line as others have stated they do not give you a way to choose what flavor or mg nicotine you want on the web page.

The next day a CSR contacted me via phone he asked menthol or regular I stated regular but we did not go into mg of nicotine. This is as much my fault as his. I am a heavy smokers of 30+ years so 16 would be my choice to start off.

The order arrived quickly with no problems

I took the items out of the box and went threw them I looked at the 1st cartridge box and it was medium regular ok I will make dew. I took all the cartridge's out of the small boxes and stuffed them in the larger one for space consolidation. Only I did not notice until after I had done this that what I had was 1 set of menthol * I don't care for menthol* medium, 1 set of regular medium, 1 set of regular small or 4mg. There is no way to determine what is what on the cartridge's so I am kind of messed up. This was my fault for not looking.

Has anyone else read the instructions. Who wrote these and do they speak English no one has proof read them either they make little to no since. I am not the spelling and grammar queen I can't make heads or tails of that instruction booklet.

No one can tell me how many licks it takes to get to the center of the tootsey roll pop. AKA how many puffs your need to get the right amount of nicotine you just do it till your satisfied.

I don't know if mine is defective or its the mg issue but day one I could not find a happy medium with my craving so I picked up a pack of smokes. Now some times I would use it and feel the burn but others I seemed to get no satisfaction at all. Other times I got that nausea/ light headed over done feeling.
It doesn't seem to regulate correctly or I don't know what I am doing or how to use the product due to lack of decent instructions. Read it and please tell me if I am correct or missing something.

Its not the same as smoking in my opinion but I am still willing to give it a few more days before I throw in the towel. I really want this to work for me but am not sure if the mistake I made with the cartridge's that I have no way to determine the level of nicotine in them. Until I find a menthol one YUCK, or if the product I have is defective. I won't waste any more money on cartridge's until I know if I can use the product with ease and satisfaction.

Forgot to add CSR also offered me a 69.99 deal if I paid for the product today vs paying 89.99 for it in 14 days. I took the offer but from the above people's statement I assume that was a big mistake and I may have signed up for a montly refill by doing that. I don't know yet. I will let you know if I am on the refill list and get charged again.

smoke stick vs smoking stick brought up by Rick

from what I read when I looking to purchase a product
smoke stick: is a non drug from of the product it comes in flavors candy etc it is for those who want to kick the habit cold turkey but need something to do with your hands and mouth all the same.

Smoking Stick: deals with the nicotine part it has the drug. Can be used as a non tar etc substitute for smoking or you can lower the levels of nicotine as you go along to help kick the habit. It comes in Regular and menthol flavors and levels of nicotine from 16 to 4 so it depends on what you want to accomplish really when you look at the two companies.

I was looking for the least painful way to taper down the smoke monster.

I looked at several products before I purchased this one. I don't really know if I like or dislike the product yet so I am just adding my thoughts on the name issue and types of products I read about between the two. FYI not everything you read on the internet is true and ad's tend to lie a little here and there.

Near the end of July I purchased 2 smoking sticks. I put them on a credit card. On my August statement the charges were there, paid them off, no problem. In Sept. I shouldn't have received a statement, but I did, and there was $149.37 on it, all from Smoking Stick. I tried to call them, couldn't get a live person,so called my card company. They gave me another # to call. I did finally get a customer rep., but all he could credit me for was $59.79, a charge for a smoking stick for someone I had never heard of, the other 2 charges were for automatic shipment of filters which I had refused to sign up for until I tried the product. I demanded a supervisor, and he did credit my account for the entire ammount. I was told it would be credited with-in 24-48 hours and it was, the supervisor just asked that I return the merchandise when it arrived, which I agreed to. After I found out the charges were credited I proceeded to have the account # changed on my card. I would have had no problem returning the merchandise, if they had sent it to me, to date I have received nothing to return. Just the idea of them crediting my account before receiving their merchandise back told me that all 3 charges were frauds, as a legit business wants the product back before credit is received.

What a rip-off!!!

I have spent $140.00 for the program, a spare atomizer, a spare battery and 1 case of cartridges.
The original atomizer didn't even last 2 days!
Here it is 9-25-10 and I haven't been able to use it for over 3 weeks.
I called and talked to Customer Service (what a misnomer that is) 5 different times
and all they tell me is you should be getting anyday now. Yeah right.
I emailed them requesting a refund and not to charge me for anything else. No response.
I have blocked them from billing my credit card for anything else.
Needless to say, I will NOT be recommending them to friends and family.

I ordered this product on 9-15-10 and it's 9-30-10, still haven't received it. Forget customer service as it is non-existent. I have talked with 3 different people and have gotten 3 different run-a-rounds. Numerous email to support and "Tony" have gotten no concrete answers and "Tony" hasn't even bothered to respond. I'm going to the BBB and local authorities to pursue fraud charges. Even if I get my product, I'll buy another from a reputable company. I can't do business with thieves and liars

Finally got through to customer service, AGAIN, I g0t another run-around about when or if the product as shipped. I do a large amount of shipping for my business and have always been able to tell if something has shipped, when it shipped and get a tracking number for the customer. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

you can try to research the company online and look for reviews and ratings from previous customers or industry experts to help you form an opinion about their reputation.
