Even though the state law prohibits the collection of funds before services are rendered, this group wouldn't perform services until payment was made. When I read the fine print, it was too late. This company was unable to secure my modification because they filed the paperwork incorrectly. The $3000 I paid to them is long gone and I am no longer receiving return phone calls. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
