I used this florist to provide flowers for my daughters funeral. First problem they were late and barely got there 15 minutes before the service started. The flower arrangements were the wrong size and one of them was the totally wrong arrangement that we didn't even order. This was obviously a very important event and we thought we put our trust in this florist to make it a beautiful day for my daughter. They ruined the whole thing. In trying to contact the manager, owner, etc. we never got an e-mail, phone cal or letter from in response to our complaint. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone even my worst enemy. I wouldn't even recommend them as a one star. There is no rating that is bad enough for them.
